River Bend'S Resort, Baudette

My experience here was a total mixed bag. On one hand, the staff was genuinely friendly and made an effort to make us feel welcome, which was great. However, the accommodations were disappointing, as what I thought was going to be a lovely lakeside cabin turned out to be a run-down trailer with significant issues. The management could really step up their game since the organization of activities and services left much to be desired.

However, the ice fishing guides were not very helpful and the fishing itself was disappointing, especially considering the cost. Riverbend Resort is a fantastic spot for ice fishing adventures, and both Jason and Mitch were outstanding in ensuring we had everything we needed. The cabins were clean and nice, making our stay comfortable. However, we did encounter some issues with the ice fishing service, which was frustrating because we didn't get the help we expected. Overall, the dining experience was great and made up for some of the challenges we faced with fishing.
